Simple Immune Boost Smoothie

I'm not the type to rave over smoothies but this recipe is so simple even I love it. I got bored with eating a plain cup of fruit but most smoothie recipes out there have too many ingredients. Yogurt, almond milk, flax seed, chia seed, this seed, that seed. This is JUST fruit with a nice added immune boost.


-1 med banana

-1/2 blue berries

-1 packet orange "emergen-C"

-1/2-1 cup water

-4 ice cubes


1)Blend all ingredients together

2) Enjoy!
