The healthy alternate to your favorite meatballs and way more tasty then plain ground chicken.
These chicken meatballs are so easy,you can enjoy in so many different ways and they are not dry! Enjoy them with rice, veggies, and oil for lunch or have for dinner with pasta or zucchini noodles and marinara sauce.
Ingredients: • 1 lb, Ground chicken • 0.5 cup, Panko Breadcrumbs • 1 large, Egg • 0.5 tbsp, Garlic powder • 1 tbsp, Parsley • 1 Tbsp, Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Directions: 1) Preheat Oven to 350 F. Cover cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. 2) In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined, 3) Use Tbsp to scoop mixture and roll into ball with hands. 4) Place on cookie sheet and cook for 25-35 minutes or until begin to brown on top.
